Thank you for your interest in the Heart of the Schools, a year-round initiative to show community support and appreciation for Baltimore City Public Schools principals through Recognition, Grants, and Events. This includes:
The Heart of the School Awards
The Heart of the School Awards – a night for the community to recognize ten exceptional Baltimore City principals who have demonstrated exemplary innovation, execution, and leadership
The Heart of the School Fund
Providing principals with grants of up to $5,000 for any pressing need at their school, including technology upgrades, training for staff, field trips, and school beautification efforts
The Heart of the School Holiday Party
A night for principals and district leaders to relax, have fun, and allow the community to thank them for all they do
